Why we built AlarmSoCal

National “best alarm” lists often treat every household and city as identical. Southern California is not one market: a renter in Los Angeles, a homeowner in Riverside, a coastal property in San Diego, and a larger lot in the Inland Empire can have very different installation, connectivity, camera, and response needs.

We built city and county guides so readers can begin with the property, likely entry points, household routines, and local rules—not a generic equipment bundle.

What we cover
